Tabitha Liburd is the CEO of Marshall Duke Consulting (her maiden name).
She teaches leaders actionable strategies to help resolve and manage conflict. These conflict resolution tools help them build and maintain constructive relationships in their homes and workplaces.
Tabitha also has experience as a Human Resources Manager in Nashville, TN, and Atlanta GA. Now she resides in Michigan with her husband. In her downtime, Tabitha loves dancing, traveling, reading, and cats.

With 16+ years of experience, Tabitha has a track record of managing complex matters in the judiciary, public and private sectors, working alongside judges, attorneys, and high-level civil service officials. She later earned her Master's Degree in Conflict Management at Lipscomb University’s.
Today we talk about conflict resolution tools, life, divorce, remarrying, our desires to travel to South Africa and the Caribbean, and her transition from the law, working as the clerk of the court, to getting a Master’s in Conflict Management.
