Now that winter has come, the sun has set, the temperature has dropped and it gets dark a lot earlier than we expected. In this episode, I wanted to share some tips of how I am able to manage Seasonal Affective Depression also known as S.A.D:

  • Having daylight light bulbs throughout my apartment. No matter where I am I need to have Bright light bulbs 
  • I leave the house at least daily
  • Boxing/Indoor Exercising/ Outdoors if you are bold
  • Writing and maintaining your goals, positive affirmations and positive things about you 
  • If you can travel and go to someplace warm
  • Check on your friends and family around this time of year especially surrounding the holidays
